Most of you know me in terms of being an investor in short sales and let me say that short sales are a great business that I continue to enjoy.

However, I've never said a short sale was 'short'.  In other words, I know that they can take a while to actually complete.  That's why I partner up with people who have the opposite strengths as myself.
