Yes, he busted his piggy bank wide open to give away a $60k house just for watching his killer training videos.
 
I've seen my buddy Dean Graziosi on TV talking about one of his NY Times best selling books while driving a car and steering with his knees.
 
I've also watched him on countless TV stations like CNBC, ABC, Fox News, ABC and jumping up and down trying to inspire people to take advantage of this bottom real estate market.
 
But what he is doing now may just be the craziest thing to date. 
 
He is giving away one of his investment properties to someone for simply watching his new training videos.
 
Yea, I called him. No catch, no purchase, no anything. Just watch and learn and have the chance to win a rehabbed and rented for $750 month killer home.

My buddy Dean Graziosi must have lost his mind!!!
 
If you watch TV at all or have been to any book store in the country, you know Dean for sure.
 
He's been on TV everyday for about 13 years, a multiple NY Times best selling Author, one heck of a real estate investor and teacher.
 
I just watched a video that not only is the start of some killer REI training to buy real estate way
below the bottom, but he is also giving away one of his investment properties to someone just for watching.
 
Yea, I called him. No catch, no purchase, no anything. And Zillow says it's worth over $60k.. Nice.
