My friend has a job for you.
 
It can be full-time or very part-time.
 
All it entails is finding foreclosed houses and referring them to a list of landlords.
 
You'll make anywhere from $2,250 to $10,500 for each one.
 
As you know, 1 in 8 people are in foreclosure right now. So this is a bit of a no-brainer. Walk outside, throw a rock, and you'll probably smash the window of a foreclosed house.
 
The good news? You're already qualified.
 
The bad news? So are 100 other people in your city.
