It’s David here.
As many of you know, in addition to real estate investing, I’ve spent the last 6 years speaking publicly and have gotten a chance to travel the country because of it. At this point, I’ve lost track of how many states I’ve visited where I’ve been given the chance to speak to a REIA or any group of entrepreneurs on various topics such as short sales, outsourcing, salesmanship and even how to build a speaking business.
I wanted to personally write to you because I’ve had people approach me on various occasions over the years and tell me that they would love to become a public speaker. Many times, I would give advice and try to offer some direction as to how to get started but rarely would it go beyond that.
