During this 2 hour seminar, Oswald will be discussing everything from where to find these foreclosures to how to go about purchasing them with little, if any money out of your own pocket. In addition, Oswald will tell his personal story on how he got involved in the real estate investment business and what you can do to work directly with him! He'll even show you actual checks!!
In addition to being an investor and public speaker, Oswald offers a mentorship program to teach others how to get involved in real estate on a part time basis with little or no money.
